📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Let Go: Breathe deeply from your stomach to your chest and head through your nose or mouth, then exhale naturally through your mouth. Fill your lungs completely and relax as you let the air out. Repeat this for 40 breaths.
2️⃣ Breath Hold: After your final exhale, let the air out and hold your breath as long as you can without strain.
3️⃣ Full Inhale: Take a deep breath, filling your lungs to full capacity. Feel your chest expanding. Hold your breath for a moment.
4️⃣ Engage Your Core: While holding your breath, gently squeeze your belly, neck, and head to stimulate blood flow and deepen the effects of the exercise.
5️⃣ Relax: Let the air flow out naturally and relax.
6️⃣ Repeat: Complete this cycle for a total of 4 rounds to maximize the benefits.
