In this video I go over why you should be using EAAs not BCAAs. I go into two different studies about the effects of EAAs and how they are much grater then BCAAs. Please ask any questions you need on this topic int he comment section below.
BCAA: A branched-chain amino acid is an amino acid having aliphatic side-chains with a branch. Among the proteinogenic amino acids, there are three BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Non-proteinogenic BCAAs include 2-aminoisobutyric acid.
EAA: Essential amino acid
An essential amino acid, or indispensable amino acid, is an amino acid that cannot be synthesized de novo by the organism, and thus must be supplied in its diet. The nine amino acids humans cannot synthesize are phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tryptophan, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, lysine, and histidine
