Its already September and in the Philippines its the start of Holiday Season 🌲 LOL 😄
So, for this episode I will share with you my all time favourite filipino dessert called " BUKO PANDAN. "
Buko Pandan is commonly serve during holidays, birthdays and fiestas in the Philippines 🇵🇭
It is made with gulaman cubes , shredded young coconut in sweetened cream.You can add more tropical fruit toppings if you like such as lychees or kaong.
This is a quick and easy dessert to make and undeniably delicious and healthy as well.

My Simple BUKO PANDAN INGREDIENTS:

2 pcs. young coconut, shredded
2 cups Coconut Water
2 tsp. buko pandan jelly powder
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup condensed milk
200 ml All Purpose Cream

Serve Chilled... Enjoy
