HD400 Optical Comparator with its dual lenses, OV2 and the M3 control provide video measurement and optical measurement on one system. The interchangeable OV2 video camera gives this horizontal benchtop comparator the ability to display part profiles on a high resolution monitor as well as on its optical profile projector screen. Equally at home on the shopfloor or inspection room, the HD400 dual lens comparator with OV2 video camera can be used to inspect parts directly to a DXF CAD file instead of mylar overlays. It is both a vision metrology system and a horizontal benchtop optical system and the only system available with both optical edge detection and video edge detection. Its touchscreen M3 Control offers powerful, easy to use features, such as the ability to zoom the live video image with pinch and touch.
