In this video we take a look at how our recently grafted vines are coming along. We also go into the reason for the grafting. Phylloxera! It's a historical problem for the wine industry and thankfully the problem is solved through grafting techniques.

Finally, we gather all the wood we chopped up and make a nice, warm fire. Burning the wood is actually the best way to deal with the left overs and prevents other issues from arising.
