My mom’s simple Chả giò (spring rolls or sometimes called egg rolls) recipe.
This is the best Chả giò recipe. They’re tasty and crispy. You can easily freeze them and put it in the oven when you wanna eat them.
The quantities differ as my mom go by experience.
Feel free to use the same ingredients and approx. quantities. There are no set recipes.
