O’Brien Active compression Test:
1. Forward flex shoulder 90 degrees
2. Abduct shoulder 10 degrees
3. Internally rotate shoulder such that thumb is pointing towards
4. Examiner applies downward force as patient resists
5. Externally rotate shoulder such that thumb is pointing towards ceiling
6. Examiner applies downward force as patient resists
Positive Result: Pain greater when resisting force while internally rotated
Suggests: Superior Labra tear from Anterior to Posterior (SLAP)
