Heavy rains lashed most parts of Mumbai & suburbs since early Wednesday morning. IMD said that the southwest monsoon has arrived in the country's financial capital. Water-logging was reported in some low-lying areas across the city. Local train service on the central line was disrupted, routes of some BEST buses were diverted. BMC said a high tide of over four metres is expected around noon in the Arabian Sea. IMD has predicted cloudy sky with moderate rain or thundershowers in the city, suburbs.
