Indonesian President Joko Widodo has reshuffled his Cabinet for the third time since taking office. There are two new ministers. Zulkifli Hasan is now in charge of the trade portfolio, while Hadi Tjahjanto has been appointed Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning. President Widodo explained they were chosen based on their capabilities.
