My family loves casseroles, and my beef and potato casserole is one of their all-time favorites. Simple ingredients sometime make the best meals.

Beef & Potatoes Casserole w/Cheese
1 lb. Potatoes (Peeled and Sliced)
1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1/2 White or Brown Onion Chopped up
2 T. Butter
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Onion Powder
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/2 t. Pepper
2 T. All-Purpose Flour
1 Can (10.5 oz.) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Milk (2% or Whole)
2 to 3 C. Grated Cheese (Colby Jack, or Cheddar). Use as much or as little cheese as you prefer (I used 3 C. in the video).
Cover with foil and bake @ 375 degrees 30-40 minutes or until hot and heated through. Uncover and bake for additional 5 minutes.
