Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh has got a big relief in an extortion case. A Thane court has quashed the non-bailable warrant issued against him.
Parambir Singh also appeared before the court after coming to Mumbai, after which the court took this decision.However, while canceling this warrant, the court gave strict instructions to the former police commissioner that he would have to cooperate fully in the investigation.
Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh को जबरन वसूली के एक मामले में बड़ी राहत मिल गई है। Thane court ने उनके खिलाफ जारी non-bailable warrant रद्द कर दिया है।
Parambir Singh Mumbai आने के बाद कोर्ट के सामने भी पेश हुए, जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने ये फैसला लिया.
हालांकि कोर्ट ने इस वारंट को रद्द करते हुए पूर्व पुलिस कमिश्नर को सख्त निर्देश दिए कि उन्हें जांच में पूरा सहयोग करना होगा.
