SALTED CARAMEL FRAPPUCCINO

Prep time: 7 mins
Frappuccino:
✨1 cup milk of choice
✨1 scoop beeya seeds
✨1 Tbsp nut butter of choice
✨2 fresh dates, pitted
✨handful of coffee ice cubes + some regular ice
✨pinch of sea salt
Caramel topping:
✨1/2 tsp melted ghee or coconut oil
✨1/2 tsp peanut butter
✨1/2 tsp maple syrup
✨pinch of sea salt
Steps:
1️⃣ Toss all of the frappuccino ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. For more of a thick smoothie-like texture you can also add frozen banana.
2️⃣ To make the caramel, simply stir together the caramel ingredients. Then assemble the beverage by drizzling some caramel in the glass first. Fill the glass with the frappuccino and top with a bit of extra greek yogurt and caramel if desired.
