In 2024, schools must complete their headteacher's declaration forms (HDF) on the Primary Assessment Gateway:
- for the key stage 2 tests between Thursday 16 May and 5pm Friday 24 May
- for the phonics screening check between Monday 10 June and Monday 1 July
