Sharing a very simple and quick recipe of Aam Papad or Mango Papad. Making perfect aam papad at home is a very simple task given that mangos are readily available during summer season. Do try it out once and share your COMMENTS with us. DO LIKE, SHARE, and SUBSCRIBE to our channel.
INGREDIENTS:
* Mango(आम) - 1 Kg
* Sugar(चीनी) - 3/4 cup - 1 cup (180-200 gms)
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1
RECIPE:
1. Take some Mangoes & peel n chop them. In a mixer jar, put the chopped Mangoes and blend to smooth paste without adding any water.
2. Transfer the mango puree to the Kadai. Then put Sugar in it & stir continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens well for 15- 20 minutes. Grease some Ghee on the plates. You can check the consistency by putting the mango puree with fingers as shown in the video.
3. When the Mango mixture becomes thick turn off the flame and put a thin layer of the mixture on the greased plate and spread uniformly.
4. Sundry for 1 or 2 days or dry under fan, until it turns transparent.
5. Once dried, scrape the sides using the knife. Finally, cut into the desired shape. In this way, Aam Papad will get ready at home easily.
