CORNFLAKE COATED DEEP-FRIED ICE CREAM 🍦
Vanilla Ice Cream
Egg White
Crunchy Nut Cornflakes
Cinnamon
Vegetable Oil (For Frying)
Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze for at least a few hours but preferably overnight. Briefly blend cornflakes into a food processor. Dip ice cream balls in frothed egg whites then cornflakes and cinnamon. Repeat then freeze for at least three hours. Heat oil to 375º and fry ice cream balls, 2 at a time briefly until golden. Drain quickly on a paper towel then serve with chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
