Recipe -
For the cupcakes...
245g soya milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
110g sunflower oil
200g plain flour
10g cocoa powder
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
200g caster sugar
For the vegan buttercream...
250g vegan spread
830g icing sugar, sifted
1 tbsp lemon juice
