Westley Sissel Unseld (March 14, 1946 – June 2, 2020) spent his entire NBA career with the Baltimore/Capital/Washington Bullets. After his retirement in 1981, Unseld moved into a front office position with the Bullets, serving as vice president for six years before being named head coach in 1988. He coached the Bullets until 1994, and became general manager in 1996. He served in that role for seven years (the team was later renamed the Wizards).
