How to use:
☑️ Select the appropriate training resistance by adjusting the weight unit handle.
☑️ Make sure that the weight unit is locked.
☑️ Facing away from the machine, position yourself in the center, squat, and grip the handles firmly.
☑️ Extend your hips and knees, and position one foot on the footrest.
☑️Descend by flexing the knee in front, then drive through the front foot and extend the knee.
☑️ Repeat the movement in a slow, controlled manner.
