Lab-Grown Diamond manufactures have gotten better at efficiently creating Diamonds. Tech gets better, production gets less expensive, costs come down.

Natural Diamonds have dropped in price in response to Lab-Grown Diamonds. Demand for Natural Diamonds has decreased so much these past 2-3 years that manufacturers have had no choice but to lower prices and slow production, in hopes that demand will pick up again.

For the general Engagement Ring market, I don’t think it will. I think we’ll see Natural Diamonds become more of a “collector’s item” if the price gap them and Labs stays so significant, especially with today’s younger consumer who in general prefers Lab-Grown Diamonds 💍

We’ll keep an eye on this over the next few months and keep you updated. But right now, this is the most affordable time to get engaged in the past 5 years 😁
