INGREDIENTS:
1 and 1/2 kilo Chicken Liver & Gizzard (Atay at Balunbalunan)
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 large Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Fish Sauce (Patis)
1 tsp Black Pepper
3 pcs dried Bay Leaves
1 large Carrot, chopped
1 medium Bellpepper, chopped
Achuete/Annatto Seeds, soaked in 1 cup Water
1/4 cup Calamansi Juice
1 tsp Salt
