Basically you do endurance and then you loot the chest after every round. This is the best way to get dominion journal pages and boss kills.
I got 9 pages, 2 dominion swords, and 3 help horns in 220 ish kills, meaning by the time i'm done i should have all journal pages by 500 boss kills.
