The Union health ministry on Tuesday said some of the Covid-19 vaccine candidates may get emergency use license in India in the next few weeks. Addressing a press conference on the Covid-19 situation in the country, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said the Serum Institute of India and Bharat Biotech have applied for emergency use approval of their Covid-19 vaccine candidates.
