We're back with the final part of Spartan training 2020. This session focuses predominantly on strengthening your upper body (arms, back, shoulders and lats).
Workout:
- Warm-up (Ski-Erg)
- FatGripz Pull-ups (8-10 reps x3 sets)
- FatGripz Scapulae engagement (8-10 reps x3 sets)
- Weighted Pull-ups (8-10 reps x3 sets)
- Hanging bar taps (8-10 reps x3 sets)
- Single-arm bar hangs (3-5 secs per arm x3 sets)
- Landmine rotations (12-15 reps x3 sets)
- Single-arm Barbell press (6-8 reps x3 sets)
Rest period
- 1 min 30 secs between each individual set
- 2 mins rest between each individual exercise
