The Easiest Sweet and Sour Ribs

I learned this recipe in China, and it's so easy to remember. Just count from 5 to 1.
You can use this same sauce for sweet and sour pork, chicken, shrimp, veggies. You name it.
Depending on how much meat you make, you can adjust the recipe to make the spoons into tablespoons, cups, liters, gallons, go wild. Just keep the ratios the same.
5x Water
4x Sugar
3x Vinegar
2x Soy Sauce
1x Cooking Wine
1. Blanche the ribs for 2-3 before skimming the foam and straining.
2. Then cook in oil till slightly browned on the outside. 4-5 mins before adding the sauce.
3. Then just keep on flipping and turning the ribs in the sauce every 15-20 seconds till it thickens and becomes a glaze. 3-5 mins
