5. Field capturing SRN of MGT-14 made mandatory for all cases except where ordinary resolution is passed
6. Details of Shares shall be captured class wise
7. Following declaration has been added to the webform:
In case of redemption of preference shares out of profits of the company, amount equal to nominal amount of the shares
to be redeemed has been transferred to Capital Redemption Reserve“
