Highlights from my second week:
Started taking clients.
I’ve been writing multiple contracts during my second week.
The quality of leads is great.
Working with first-time homebuyers and experienced homebuyers.
Met with my Transaction Coordinator.
They give you so much as a new agent.
REDFIN gives me great tips on what to say and what not to say.
How to properly manage my leads and process.
Overall, you gain a lot of experience working with REDFIN. I give it 5 stars and I can't wait to see what's next in this #Redfinian journey.
