Ezo Enzyme creates an aura of Freshness to human life. A response to Pope Francis' call on June 18, 2015 on the Encyclical Letter Laudato Si. Indonesian Ursuline Sisters responded by taking care of the Earth our home. It's also great that we reflect on the lives that depend on each other in this Earth. So, one small action taken by the Indonesian Ursuline Sisters is to process kitchen waste into an eco-friendly liquid. This liquid is called Eco Enzyme. I and other Ursuline Sisters learned to process this organic waste
