What you need:

Scordeos Edge with Blade Cascade Enchantment for 0 recovery. You have to hit your own creeps to trigger it, 5% chance.

Wits of Death Herald lvl 3 for brilliant inspiration. You get it with the right answers in the three god encounters:

2H Axe with modal bleeding cut, amra or oathbreaker or 1h axe magran's favor.
Barring's Death Door for invincibility and Salvation of Time for unlimited buffs.

There are several temporary buffs in the world, that stack with each other, so you can get more accuracy for better damage (i had none except food). Nature's Resolve gives you +10 accuracy. The more accuracy you stack, the more damage you will deal ultimately.

So i could have had around 170 acc in the end and 20% more crit chance, but i just tried it without x)

You are not allowed to rest after you get them or they are gone forever! So you should get them just for the hard boss encounters.
