What you’ll Receive
• 3 - 5 session per week
• 60 - 75 min workouts.
You can choose to combine any program and adapt it base on your needs.
Each training program includes aerobic, conditioning, speed, power, agility, footwork, upper and lower strength, balance, core and stretching. In addition to the program it will also include videos of each exercise with the best tennis players in the world.
