We've reached that moment in Final Fantasy 8 Remastered... the Queen of Cards side quest begins! Actually, this first part is simple enough - move her to Dollet by brute forcing the RNG after a hard reset. Later we spread the open rule which can take some time so make to save on the train! If Same rule is abolished then try again.
