Easy Caramel Cornflake Brownies, served with a little ASMR! Today we are making Cornflake Brownies using caramel to bind the cornflakes! These are so good and so easy to make! Grab a box of Kellogg's Cornflakes and follow along.
These have a super fudgy brownie topped with a crunchy caramel cornflake topping!
This has so many textures and flavours packed into one! It’s absolutely delicious and easy to make!
All you need is:
Brownie:
170g Unsalted butter, melted
100g Light brown sugar
150g Caster sugar (not granulated like I said in the video 🙈)
2 Large eggs
125g Dark chocolate, melted & cooled slightly
100g Plain flour
30g Cocoa powder
1 tsp Salt
Cornflake topping:
180g Caster sugar
1 tin Condensed milk
260g Cornflakes
Tin size: 8x8”
Bake 170C (fan) 20-25 mins
Tips:
Do not stir the sugar whilst caramelising - give the pan and shake to even the heat and pull it in gently from the edges (be patient).
When you pour in the condensed milk the sugar will harden - keep stirring for about 15 mins until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Press your cornflake mix down firmly so it breaks through the top of the brownie.
