London Fire Brigade commissioner Dany Cotton responds to the Grenfell inquiry criticism and says she will not stand down before her already-announced departure in 2020.
She told Sky News: "I'm committed to learning, I'm not running away...I'm standing here and taking responsibility for London Fire Brigade."
