On Saturday, during a missile attack, Russian military forces hit a multi-storey building in Dnipro. As of January 14th at 9:00 PM, 10 people were killed and 64 were injured. 35 people have already been rescued from the rubble, 6 of whom are children. The rescue operation is ongoing.
Ukrainian Air Forces have reported that the missile that hit the multi-storey building in Dnipro is the X-22, launched from a long-range bomber Tu-22M, with a combat range of 950 kg. It is also called the "aircraft carrier killer" because it is designed to destroy aircraft carrier groups at sea and can be equipped with a nuclear warhead. In June, the Russian military used the same missile to target a shopping mall in Kremenchuk.
