Material needed:
20 gauge wire - I cut 4in. but your can experiment with length try 3 1/2
26 gauge wire - for wrapping
ruler
chain nose pliers
round nose pliers
wire cutters
flat nose pliers
bail making pliers or pencil or markers

Tip: Feel free to experiment with the length of 20 gauge wire 3 1/2in. to 3in. might be the perfect size bail. If you want a chunkier looking bail try 18 gauge wire instead of 20 gauge.
