The Sierra, Zulu 3, and Lightspeed Delta Zulu all offer the ability to adjust your mic gain. The mic gain adjusts the sensitivity of the microphone to help balance loud and soft voices you hear in a multi-headset environment. If you feel you have to speak more loudly or position the mic closer to your mouth to break squelch, this may assist you.
