🌱 Oyster mushroom made with Spebels Chilli Crisp
The mushrooms turned out so meaty, it tasted like chicken!
Ingredients:
1 bag of oyster mushrooms
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Spebels Chilli Crisp
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A drizzle of olive oil
4 wooden skewers
Directions:
✨Wash and dry your oyster mushrooms
✨Drizzle some olive oil on your mushrooms and pan fry on medium heat. Use a grill press or spatula to remove all the moisture from your mushrooms. It should take about 3 to 4 minutes
✨To make the sauce, just mix together your Spebels Chilli Crisp with some lemon juice, soy sauce, black pepper and salt
✨Then add your sauce mix on both sides of your mushrooms and stack them together. Use a couple of wooden skewers to keep them together
✨Cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy with some rice!
