Hello everyone~~

During the hot summer months, I live on Hwehdupbap 회덮밥(Hwedupbap/Hoedupbap/Korean style chirashi sushi bowl), which is spicy Korean sashimi salad rice.

In this video I'm going to show you how to make this light and healthy delight with the spicy, garlicky, vinegary, slightly sweet chojang dressing; its an explosion of umami flavors that whets the appetite and the nutty depth of the sesame oil takes it to another level. It's a great summer meal, and better yet, it doesn't involve cooking!!! (Ahem, except for the rice...)
