Ragi mudde is a traditional healthy breakfast recipe from Karnataka. It is highly nutritious especially the calcium content of finger millet/Ragi.
The cooking method is also very simple. It is generally served with a thin dal also known as Bassaru or any other simple dal or vegetable

Recipe:
Water - 2 & 1/2 Cup
SALT - 1/2 TeaSpoon
Close the Lid and Keep it to Boil
Ragi Flour - 2 Cup
Medium Flame - Leave it for 10 Mins ( Follow the Video )
you can use anyone of these :)
In Low Flame - Follow the Video to stir continuously untill no lumps are formed
Take it to edges and press it as shown in Video to remove Lumps
Dip the spoon in water to remove Ragi ( Follow the Video )
Close the Lid and Cook for 5 Mins
Apply water on Plate
Dip Spoon in cold Water and take Ragi
Follow the Video to make Ragi Mudde ( Becareful as it will be Very HOT )
Eat with any Gravy
