This braised chicken with mushrooms is simple and home-cook recipe.
This Recipe will make you easy and quick for braised chicken for your family.
▶ Ingredients :
● 1 kg Chicken
● 50 g Ginger
● 50 g Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
● 25 g Dried Wood Ear Mushrooms
● 2 tbsp, Cooking Oil
● 6 tbsp, Soy Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Dark Soy Sauce
● 150 g, Sugar
● 1 Liter, Water
Method :
1. Rinse and soak the dried shiitake mushrooms & dried wood ear mushrooms into the water for 1 hours until soft or or reconstituted.
2. Slice the shiitake mushrooms "x style" on the top and then slice the wood ear mushroom into 2 or 3 medium-sized slices.
3. Slice the ginger into thinly slices and then cut off the chicken into medium pieces.
4. Heat the pan, add the cooking oil.
5. Fry the ginger for about 1 minutes until fragrant.
6. Add the chicken until light golden, about 5-8 minutes.
7. Add the sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and pour the water.
8. Bring it to a boil, about 9-12 minutes.
9. Simmer for 40-45 minutes.
10. Enjoy Your Meal !!!
