They fixed it!!! Well...sorta. I think this Agi buff is very nice and makes us more than playable, especially during burst, but this might not be the perfect fix later in the future. Regardless this is one of the ways to fix Outlaw for PvP and my first impressions were really good. Lets hope this keeps up!
