Todays video sees your favourite dad & lad at it again, this time “on the island” Ynys Môn or as many know it, The Isle of Anglesey North Wales in the UK.
We were treated to an amazing trip this time around with not only a few days away at my friends place with sunny weather for our sea fishing but calm seas and the ability to venture out into deep water to fish from my friends boat absolutely sealed the deal of this being one of our favourite trips.
The boat is a 2 seater 3.2m SIB with a very new 8HP Orca outboard engine making getting about on the sea a breeze. We get a decent haul of fish across the days we had away with a session at Dock Bach or Holyhead Fish dock to gather some live prawn for bait and for the table, although not big enough to keep, we also managed to get a couple of lobsters to show you all too.
As ever we have a brew and a treat while fishing, a lovely bit of bara brith cake and a super fresh breaded piece of pollock for our tea following a day at sea.
As ever a big thanks to anyone that watches this and our other videos, my dad & my friend Mark too who without them I’m sure i wouldn’t be able to do what i do with the videos.
