Hi friends,
I hope you’re all having a lovely week! Is it just me, or does holiday prep feel a little crazy this year? The past two weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind for me, with some definite ups and downs that I’ll share in this vlog.
I had tooth surgery to get my wisdom teeth removed (plus two other teeth!), and let me tell you—it was rough. The recovery was a lot harder than I expected, and it’s been a painful process. But I’m finally feeling so much better and, most importantly, I can finally eat again! 🥰
How are you feeling as the holidays get closer? I know this time of year can be overwhelming or emotional for many of us. Whether it’s the pressure, the memories, or just the general chaos, please know that you’re not alone—I’m here for you. ❤️
That said, one of my favorite things about this season is leaning into all the cozy, festive vibes. Decorating the tree, baking delicious treats (hello, cinnamon rolls), and soaking up the magic always feels so special. I’m excited to bring you along in this vlog for all the holiday moments!

CINNAMON ROLL RECIPE
Ingredients Cinnamon Roll
* 1 + ¾ cup gluten free all purpose flour
* 1 + ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
* 1 tbsp baking powder + 2 tbs coconut sugar
* 1 tsp salt
Filling
* ⅓ cup coconut sugar
* 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
* 2 tbsp cinnamon
Icing
* 3 ounces of cream cheese
* 3 tbsp butter
* 1tsp vanilla extract
* 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment.
2. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add yogurt, mix, and knead into a ball.
3. Roll out dough on a floured surface into a ½-inch-thick rectangle.
4. Mix sugar, coconut oil, and cinnamon into a paste and spread over the dough.
5. Roll tightly from the short side into a cylinder and cut into 5 buns using string.
6. Arrange in the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.
7. Mix icing while buns cool, spread on top, and enjoy!
