Lemon cookies are super simple to make and delicious.Made with combination of lemon juice and zest,they have the tremendous natural flavour.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup (180g) all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (113g) softened,butter
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 lemon zest
2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon juice
1 medium egg
2-4 drops yellow food colouring (optional)
1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating
Bake at preheated oven 180C fo about 13-14 minutes.
