✅: New GRP dry-fix roof valley installation.
🚨: The existing concrete valley tiles and mortar had deteriorated on this roof valley causing a lot of water ingress.
🔨: We removed the roof tiles on both sides to gain access then proceeded to remove the old valley and mortar.
🔨: Installed new breathable membrane and battens to the valley area.
🔨: Installed the new GRP dry-fix valley for a mortarless installation.
🔨: Reinstalled the roof tiles whilst adding new matching tiles where needed.
♻️: All waste was removed and recycled.
