Grandmaster Ip Man was no doubt the most influential Wing Chun master to date. Made famous by Bruce Lee and his many other students, his method of practice has reached nearly every corner of the globe with millions of practitioners. There are some other lineages of Wing Chun but Ip Man's is certainly the most practiced today...

He was have been an interesting teacher, giving much freedom to his students to express the art in their own way, because almost all of his students ended of having their own 'styles' and interpretations of the art, to the point that they even have different looking forms (including the wooden dummy or Mook Yan Jong).

Which lineage are you practicing? And are there many similarities in the Wooden Dummy movements you were taught when compared with the moves shown in this video?
