You never really know what condition your drum is going to be in when you order it from E-Bay until it shows up. I'm pretty sure this one was at the bottom of a swamp. Luckily there are a couple of tips and tricks I've learned that can bring some life into those less than perfect condition purchases you've made. Hope this helps.
