Equality and Inclusion to access services and products for Black People was not a trendy topic for a couple of weeks. It is a real everyday situation for Black people all around the world. I know many brands and companies jumped on the bandwagon and posted lame words on social media to avoid getting a back lash. Birchbox, so far is the only Big Beauty Subscription Box that has backed up its words with actions. I hope this won't be a momentary thing and will become the norm. But well done, for making a start to change.
