This Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy 2021 game guide video shows how to win the Dweller In Darkness boss battle which takes place in chapter 4. One of the key things in this boss fight is to rely on side dodges to avoid getting hit by the big tentacles - these attacks are symbolized by red exclamation marks. Focus your attacks on the tentacles and use the targetting system to make the shots count. Attack them on your own and order other Guardians to do the same with their abilities. Removing the tentacle's health bar will allow you to issue a special attack by pressing the button seen on screen so that it will be severed.
The boss will regain two healthbars in the second phase of the fight and it will start summoning smaller monsters. Use ice attacks to deal with them effectively. Don't forget about the big tentacles and target them whenever you have a free moment. The objective is the same - to stagger them, remove their health bars and sever them by pressing the special attack button.
In the final third phase the boss will have one last (long) healthbar. Wait for bombs to drop on the arena and press the corresponding key to order Drax to throw them at the boss. Keep doing this until Dweller is staggered, aim at the boss and press the special attack button for the last time to trigger a finishing move.
