Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo and US Secretary of Defence Mark Esper are attending the crucial India-US 2+2 Ministerial dialogue at Hyderabad House. During the meet, India and the United States will sign the Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement for Geo-Spatial Cooperation (BECA) to further defence ties between the two nations as India continues to be in a border standoff with China.
