Patrick Moriarty was 22 years old in 1978 when he promised his earth science students in Webster that they would reunite for the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse.
That promise came true Monday, as Moriarty welcomed hundreds of former students from over the years to his home to enjoy the solar spectacle.
